We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. While we do our best to accommodate same-day requests, availability may be limited.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your time slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client's appointment time. The full service fee will still apply.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full service fee. To avoid this, please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Gift certificates and vouchers are also accepted.
Your first visit includes a brief consultation so we can understand your preferences, any health concerns, and ensure you're completely comfortable before beginning your treatment.
