Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how you may access and use the GTA Body Boutique website ("the site"). By visiting or using the site, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. General Use

The site is provided for general information about our services, bookings, and business. You may browse the site for personal use only. You may not copy, repost, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

2. Bookings and Payments

All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or by contacting us directly.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure most appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid before your treatment begins.

Prices listed on the site may change at any time.

No-shows forfeit their deposit, without exception.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are charged 100 percent of the service amount.
  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled, and a fee may apply.
  • Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be declined future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation window.
  • Services already performed are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If a client is unhappy with results, we may offer adjustments or recommendations at the therapist's discretion, but refunds are not provided.
  • Results for post-op clients vary based on the surgery, the healing process, aftercare, and individual body response.
  • Packages, promotions, and discounted services are final sale.
  • If a service cannot be completed due to a health or safety concern, we may issue a credit or allow the payment to go toward another treatment.

5. Health and Safety

Our services are wellness-based and are not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice. Clients should always consult their physician or surgeon regarding any health concerns, post-surgical care, or questions about their treatment plan.

You must share accurate and complete health information before your session.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, recent surgeries, medications, or health concerns.

Clients must wait the appropriate number of days post-surgery as instructed by their surgeon.

We cannot treat unhealed incisions or open wounds or provide post-op work unless medically cleared.

GTA Body Boutique is not responsible for complications arising from surgery, improper aftercare, unhealed incisions, seromas, fibrosis, or reactions caused by undisclosed medical information.

Treatments may cause temporary tenderness, swelling, soreness, bruising, or marks. Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their health.

If your therapist determines that a treatment is not safe or appropriate, the appointment may be adjusted or declined.

6. Contraindications Policy

It is the client's responsibility to share accurate and complete medical information before receiving any treatment. This includes recent surgeries, health conditions, medications, and any concerns that may affect safety. GTA Body Boutique is not responsible for adverse reactions or complications that occur due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Photography and Social Media Consent

Photos or videos are never taken or posted without your written consent.

A consent form must be signed before any before-and-after content is created.

Clients may revoke consent at any time, but previously shared content will not be removed.

8. Personal Information

10. Limitation of Liability

GTA Body Boutique is not liable for injury, discomfort, or complications related to treatments, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, soreness, temporary marks, fluid drainage, or delayed healing.

All services involve natural variations in results, and clients participate voluntarily. We are not responsible for any damages that may arise from your use of the site.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues.

11. Service Changes

We may update, modify, or remove services or information on the site at any time without notice.
